In instances where Zoom is unavailable, we will use a phone call as an alternative. Please ensure you are available and have a reliable connection at your scheduled time. Recording & Use of Content: Your consultation call will be recorded to help us maintain quality and accuracy in our services. We may repurpose excerpts from these recordings for social media or promotional purposes. When doing so, we will either hide your face, disguise your voice, or omit any identifying details about your projects to protect your privacy. Confidentiality: While the session is recorded, all information you share remains confidential and is handled with the utmost care. Any public use of recorded content will adhere to our strict privacy guidelines as outlined above. Engagement & Preparation: Please come prepared with your questions, relevant materials, and a clear idea of your goals so we can maximize our time together. We expect you to be engaged and available throughout the consultation; any disruptions or delays may impact the overall quality of the session. No Guarantees & Professional Advice: Our consultations are designed to provide expert guidance and actionable insights, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Fees & Refund Policy: All consultation fees are non-refundable. However, if you book your proposal with us within 7 days following your consultation, we will refund your consultation fee as a gesture of your commitment to moving forward. By booking a session, you acknowledge that, unless you qualify for the refund under the 7-day booking condition, your payment is final regardless of the consultation outcome.
