Cancellation Policy

LexxiKhan Presents Publishing Booking Policy Thank you for choosing LexxiKhan Presents Publishing for your author coaching and group strategy calls. To ensure a smooth and productive experience, please review our updated booking policy: Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their service without penalty by providing a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time. To request rescheduling, use one of the contact methods listed below. Cancellations and Refunds Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations. However, clients may reschedule if they meet the 24-hour rescheduling notice requirement. Late Arrivals and No-Shows If a client is more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show, and the payment made to secure the booking will be forfeited. Timely attendance ensures the full benefit of your service and respects our time and other clients. Failure to Provide Notice Clients who do not provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling will forfeit the payment made to secure their booking.
