Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Lexxi Khan Presents for your valuable services, including author coaching and group strategy calls. To ensure a seamless collaboration, please review our booking policy. This policy is used for all of our bookings. Rescheduling: Clients are permitted to reschedule their booked services within 24 hours of the scheduled start time. We kindly request that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance of any changes to your scheduled service. Cancellation: In the event that you need to cancel a booked service, we require a minimum of 72 hours' notice. This advance notice allows us to manage our commitments effectively and provide the best service to all our clients. Failure to Follow Terms: Clients who do not comply with the rescheduling and cancellation terms outlined above will be held responsible for the total cost of the booked service. Cancellation Methods: To facilitate rescheduling or cancellation, please use one of the following methods: Respond to Confirmation Email: Simply reply to the confirmation email you received upon booking your service.
