From Survival to Self-Trust

From Survival to Self-Trust is a 13-week, trauma-informed virtual cohort created for survivors of domestic violence who are ready to move beyond crisis mode and into sustainable healing, clarity, and self-trust.

This cohort is rooted in the framework of The Essence of Survival, a guided healing journal developed to support survivors through the emotional, psychological, and identity-based impacts of domestic violence. While the journal spans 90 days, this cohort expands that work into a live, facilitated healing experience, allowing participants to process, reflect, and integrate at a supportive, regulated pace.

Facilitated by Dr. Allanah Roberts Headley and domestic violence survivor and advocate Keaidy Bennett, the program combines clinical insight with lived experience. Each weekly session is intentionally structured to provide education, reflection, and grounding practices, without requiring participants to relive or retell their trauma.
